The EM Series material granulator is designed for maximum versatility. Operator friendly with service friendly design, this material granulator offers precision scissor cut action to provide maximum through-put efficiency.

HOPPER:
• Combination hopper for front feed (manual) and
   top feed (robotic)
• Hinged for easy opening for cleaning and servicing

NOISE CONTROL:
• Steel/plastic/steel laminate to reduce resonant noise
• Assembly engineered to meet 90 DBA or less

CUTTING CHAMBER:
• Tangential feed design to reduce fly back
• Heavy duty welded steel construction

BEARINGS:
• Oversized
• Outboard mounted
• Self-aligning pillow block
• Separated from cutting chamber to eliminate
   heat build-up
• Separated from cutting chamber to eliminate
   fouling or grease contamination or granulate

INLET LOUVERS:
• PVC construction
• Easily removed for cleaning
• Vertical orientation to eliminate ‘splash out’
